Managing Director Neil Blackadder has been working in health and safety for more than a decade and has consulted, advised, and carried out training for more than 20 years in countries such as Kuwait, Canada, China, Taiwan the Caribbean and South Africa as well as throughout Europe. He is a trained auditor and a safety coach and focuses strongly on behavioural safety initiatives and safety culture programmes.Throughout this time Neil Blackadder has also been a specialist advisor within the offshore renewable energy industry and has worked on some of the World's largest projects.
